2012 was a wonderful year for Volkswagen; Hartford VW fans would agree. The brand raked in a great amount of credible accolades and awards for a number of Volkswagen vehicles. The Passat was named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Top Safety Pick and a ConsumerGuide® Automotive 2013 Best Buy®; the Golf and the GTI were again named a Car and Driver 10Best winner; and in the Strategic Vision Total Value Awards® the Golf, Jetta Sportwagen, CC and Eos reigned supreme.
